YOUR 2020 IN REVIEW - Reflecting on the Need for GOOD FRIENDS!
I don’t think I could have made it through 2020 without my friends. Between holding Zoom parties and trading recipes on Facebook, friends brought a sense of normalcy and stability to a very weird year.
How did you do? Did 2020 motivate you to get closer to friends or did you drift further apart?

If you made goals to get together with friends more often in 2020 – but those meetups just weren’t possible – it’s time to rededicate yourself to your friendships in the coming year.

Instead of wrapping one more present this holiday season, why not wrap up your backlog of catch-up calls with friends instead? Make an intention of connecting with them authentically and with a true desire to let them know how much they matter to you!

Close and supportive friendships are part of living a life of more balance, less stress, and greater purpose. They help us navigate life’s ups and downs.

So how else can you prepare to survive life’s ups and downs in 2021, including planning to nurture friendships?

That’s easy: work on finding balance in every area by joining me for the 10-week Oola Coaching Program. As a Certified Oola Life Coach, I’m here to help. Together, we can make sure you have a plan and stay disciplined—with new habits and behaviors that propel you toward your goals.

As I’ve mentioned before, the Oola Coaching Program is designed to support you in making massive progress in just 10 weeks. I’d be delighted to privately coach you through the process.
